A third of a kilogram of breast is enough for a 50-gram slice. Stripped meat strips salted, cheese rubbed and combined with two spoons of biscuits (they should be noticeably less than cheese crumbs). In another bowl, flour is poured (two with a spoonful of a spoon), and in the third a egg is beaten. First the meat falls in flour, then it is dipped into the egg, afterwards it is pressed against the cheese with both sides. The chicken breast is fried in breaded cheese from three minutes on each side. If you do not turn over - you just have to wait a bit: then you hurried with the coup. Eat right away!

Here again, marinating is recommended. Half a kilo of chicken comes and joins an egg, a full spoonful of good, thick tomato paste, as much water and salt as you want. The fillet is cut parallel to the table on flat plates, well dipped in a marinade and left for at least half an hour. If you plan to cook tomorrow - clean out in the cold.

Half a glass of nuts - in any case not fried! - is not crushed too finely and mixed with a third glass of flour. Marinated chicken is crumbled in the resulting breaded and left for a while, so that it sticks better.
