Buffet

"Buffet" is increasingly being prepared not only for official receptions, but also in those cases where a large group of guests is expected in the apartment. The value of this method is that the food for this method of carrying out the event is simple enough to cook and simply serve.

The "buffet" menu, as a rule, consists of several changes of dishes, sometimes the hostess prefers to put on the table all the snacks that were cooked immediately, and then only update those plates that are devastated. It is considered a good way if the hosts tell the guests about what menu is planned. "Buffet" and self-service are words-synonyms, so that full self-service is not only allowed, but encouraged in every possible way.

Canape in marmalade

You will need the following set of ingredients: hard cheese, lemon, colorful marmalade, olives.

Preparing this dish is quite simple, cut into cubes cheese and pierce it with skewers. We cut the lemon slices and put it over the cheese, then use the pieces of marmalade as the next layer. Olives come to the top. Done!

Sandwiches with canned tuna

In order to cook your very favorite "American" tuna sandwiches on your buffet, you will need the following products: a can of canned tuna, a couple of boiled eggs, 50 grams of hard cheese, a couple of tablespoons of cream cheese, green onions (feathers), Pinch of curry, wheat bread and salt to taste.

After preparing the products, mash the fish and eggs, mix them with chopped onions. Cheese grate on a grater of medium size, mix all the products in one bowl, adding seasonings. Now it remains to spread the resulting mass of sandwiches.

Stuffed eggs

Eggs stuffed with mushrooms, ham and cheese will not leave indifferent even the most refined gourmet. In order to serve this delicious dish, you will need the following products: 5 boiled eggs, 5 fresh mushrooms (preferably mushrooms), 50 grams of hard cheese and 100 grams Ham and as much mayonnaise. And also a couple of tablespoons of finely chopped dill, vegetable oil and spices to taste.

We start cooking, first, separate the legs from the hats and crumble them. Ham should be cut into small pieces and add to it cheese, grated on a medium grater, as well as dill. We fall asleep in a frying pan the chopped legs of mushrooms and their hats and fry, after a couple of minutes the legs are poured out of the frying pan, and we leave the hats. Cut off the top of the boiled eggs and carefully take out the yolk. We crush the yolks into the filling, we also add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. We fill the proteins with the resulting mass, and the fried mushroom caps are placed on top of the eggs. You can serve the prepared dish to the table.

Tartlets

What kind of "buffet" will cost without snacks in tartlets? If you decide to follow the traditions and prepare tartlets for your event, you should take care of the extraction of the following ingredients, you will need: a bank of sprats, a bulb, cheese and eggs, mayonnaise.

We buy ready-made tartlets, they are now sold in all major stores, and we begin to prepare the filling. Sprinkle sprats, chop finely onions and fry in a frying pan, take a small grater, we rub on it eggs and cheese. It remains only to salt, add mayonnaise and put the stuffing in the tartlets, you can decorate them with red caviar or greens from above.

"Cheese" cookies

Prepare a cheese cookie is simple enough and it will not take much time, that is necessary to prepare for the "Swedish table".

The sequence of actions is as follows: take a soft margarine and add to it salt, sugar, spices, stir. Now rub the mustard with the yolk and add the resulting mixture to the margarine. Sift the flour and add it to the same dishes, mix well the resulting dough. We roll the sausage out of it and put it into the food film. Put the wrapped dough in the refrigerator for half an hour. After half an hour we remove the film, pour out sesame seeds on the table and carefully roll the sausage in seeds from all sides. It remains to cut the dough into plates with a thickness of half a centimeter and put it on a baking tray, lubricated with oil. The baking temperature should be kept around 180 degrees.
