Despite the fact that many people prefer natural steaks, such a dish as steak steak, whose recipe does not represent anything extra complicated takes its place of honor in the kitchens of many countries. There is another banal reason why steak steak, whose recipe includes ground beef, is so loved by many people. Beefsteak chopped, the recipe of which is given below, is prepared from 0.5 kg of minced meat, onions, garlic cloves, two tomatoes, 4 tbsp. Spoons of mayonnaise, 100 g of cheese, salt, greens, pepper, vegetable oil.

Onions, greens and garlic are ground in a meat grinder and mixed with minced meat. Prepared mass is salted, peppered and thoroughly mixed. The stuffing should become plastic, so that it can easily form round, flat cutlets. The thickness of these cutlets should not be more than 2 cm. Beef steak, chopped from beef, is fried in a frying pan on both sides until half cooked. The tomato and onions are cut into thin rings, which are laid out on fried steaks laid on a baking tray. On top of them spread the mayonnaise. Finish the dish with cheese, which is sprinkled with steaks prepared for baking. The dish is cooked in the oven or microwave for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.

Beef steak, chopped, recipe with milk:

To prepare this tender meat dish you need such products (per serving): 150 g of beef, 2 tbsp. Spoons of vegetable oil, 20 g of fresh fat, pepper, 20 ml of milk, salt.

Meat and lard are ground in a meat grinder. In the stuffing of milk, salt and pepper it. Each serving is a flat cutlet. The steak is fried in a frying pan on both sides in oil. Prior to cooking, the dish is brought in the oven or under a tightly closed lid in the pan. Beefsteak is served with any side dish and vegetable salad. It is suitable for almost any sauces.

Chopped steak "in Budenovski":

The unusuality of this dish is that the meat for it is not crushed by a meat grinder, but is cut with a sharp knife by hand. In this recipe, the portion of the steak is quite large. One serving should be taken: 200 g of chopped meat, half a small chopped onion, 40 ml of vodka, yolk, pepper hammers, chopped parsley, salt.

All products are mixed. Stuffing should be well mixed. On the heated frying pan with vegetable oil is laid out the minced meat, which is very quickly and evenly distributed in a frying pan. Fry the dish on one side over medium heat for about 6 minutes. After this, you need to gently toss the steak on one plate, and then on the other, so that at the end of its unroasted side put in a frying pan. Another 6 minutes the dish is fried on the other side. Put 2 tablespoons on steak. Spoonfuls of onions finely chopped, chopped parsley, finely chopped pickled beets (3 tablespoons). The dish is served directly in a frying pan.

Juicy steak:

Ingredients of this dish are such products: 80 g of beef bacon, 0,5 kg of beef, 50 g of melted butter, pepper, 250 g of onion, salt.

Meat and fat are crushed in a meat grinder. Stuffing should be carefully mixed. Add pepper and salt. Stuffed steaks are laid out in portioned frying pans with heated oil. Around them lay a chopped onion. Fry steaks until ready, stirring onions, and turning over steaks if necessary. To this dish, as a side dish, any potato, beans and pasta are great.
