Beef cutlets - simple dish for dinner

The process of cooking is simple and fast.

Steam cutlets from beef

Main Ingredients:

  • Bread crumbs for breading;
  • White bread (200 g);
  • ground pepper;
  • Milk 2.5% (two cups);
  • Garlic (five denticles);
  • salt;
  • Beef meat (1.5 kg);

Technology of preparation

Cutlets from beef and pork

Main Ingredients:

  • Pork (250 g);
  • Cream 10% (200 ml);
  • Onions (200 g);
  • Young beef (500 g);
  • Salt (20 g);
