This means that both dough and butter should be stored in the cold before starting cooking.

At home, it is recommended to add a little citric acid. Some recipes recommend using kefir instead of water. All components must be of high quality only.

Products made from puff pastry are made with different fillings. These can be cakes, cakes, pies with fish, mushrooms, etc. Such a dough is difficult to make on your own. Then, to help many housewives come food production. Ready-made frozen dough can be bought in almost any store.
