Most people imagine themselves beans with eggplants only as a garnish. However, from them you can prepare a wonderful snack, which is convenient to spread on bread. Favorite in the Middle East hummus is made from chickpeas. And we will cook it in our own way. White beans can be taken canned in its own juice, and you can boil it. For 400 grams of beans, a large eggplant is taken and roasted completely in the oven. Then it is peeled from the skin, laid in a blender along with beans, three spoons of tahini (it is a paste made of sesame seeds, sold in all supermarkets) and three garlic and is scraped. Then slowly poured juice, squeezed out of half a lemon, and a quarter of a glass of good olive oil. When the paste becomes homogeneous, its salinity and spice are checked, if necessary - it is regulated. All you can smear a sandwich. On top of it, if desired, you can sprinkle with red pepper, zira and parsley.

Traditionally, this Georgian dish is prepared only from beans. However, in their pure form, they are not to everyone's liking, but to someone else and they seem too heavy for the stomach. We suggest that you improve the lobio slightly and enjoy it with an easy heart. One third of a kilogram of sugar beans is boiled according to all the rules. A large onion is minced and fried in a cauldron. As soon as the onion becomes transparent, carrots are added to it. We do not recommend rubbing - it will turn out to be sluggish. In mass, a glass of sugar, two tablespoons of salt, half a liter of sunflower oil and half a cup of 9 percent vinegar are mixed. Filling is cooked for about five minutes after it boils. Then squares of a half kilogram of bell pepper, as much carrots, large slices of two kilograms of eggplant and beans are introduced into it. All together 40-50 minutes are brewed, packaged on cans, clogged and wrapped in warm, until it cools.
