Almond cookies, the recipe of which we will share with you today - very light, crumbly and low-calorie.

To prepare a special almond cookie you will need:

- 3 egg whites;

- 200 grams of butter;

- 100 grams of almonds;

- 100 grams of refined wheat flour;

- 100 grams of whole wheat flour;

- 150 grams of unrefined brown sugar ;

- 50 grams of bitter chocolate;

Mix the soft butter with sugar and egg whites with a mixer. Then melt the chocolate and pour into the mass, stir. Pound half of the nuts and pour into the dough. Then gradually add flour and mix with a mixer with special dough nozzles. It should turn out to be gentle, but not very sticky. Then with the received weight fill the confectionery syringe and squeeze out on the sheet, covered with baking paper, small cookies with a deepening. Put a whole nut in each cavity. Bake until a characteristic shade, about 30 minutes. Almond biscuits are perfectly combined with the aroma and taste of freshly brewed coffee.

Experiment with the recipe and add your ingredients. You can make a mix of different nuts; Almonds, cashews, hazelnuts. The nut cookie fills with energy, gives a charge of vivacity and optimism. In addition, it is very satisfying and you will not eat much, which is an obvious plus for the fair sex.

Another recipe for cookies will be enjoyed by all connoisseurs of European cuisine. This cookie is Berlin - gentle and soft, from air puff cottage cheese pastry.

For the preparation of Berlin pechenyushek take;

- 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese;

- the same amount of butter;

- 250 grams of wholemeal flour (reduce caloric content);

- baking powder for dough - 1 sachet;

- vanillin;

- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;

- cinnamon - on the tip of the knife;

- Brown sugar - 100 grams.

For glaze:

- Sugar powder;

- 2 tablespoons of warm milk ;;

- lemon juice.

Mix the flour and baking powder. Cut butter and cottage cheese and mix them with flour. Knead the dough and remember it well. Then put the dough in the refrigerator for a few hours. When the dough is ready, mash it again and roll a thin layer. Lubricate it with sugar and cut into thin small in diameter rectangles and fold them into hearts. Put the cookies in the oven for 20 minutes, bake until golden. When our useful cookies cool down, grease them with icing. For its preparation, mix the powder with milk and lemon juice, mash properly and cool a little. Cover the biscuits with icing and sprinkle with grated chocolate and almond petals.
