Cherry cake: culinary experiments!

If you have decided to make a cherry pie for the first time , then it is advisable to choose the simplest recipe, because all culinary delights need to be mastered gradually. We offer you two recipes of cherry pie, which fit the description "simple and delicious." So, the first cake you can cook yourself is a sand pie with a cherry.

To prepare this delicacy, you will need the following set of products: for the preparation of a short-dough, we take everything standardly: 1 egg, 250 grams of flour, 150 grams of sugar, 150 grams of butter, one egg yolk, and sugar powder, 0.5 kilograms of seedless cherries, vanillin, 5 egg whites.

After all these products have arrived directly to your kitchen, you can start cooking. A cake with a cherry is done this way: first you need to knead the dough. To do this, it is necessary to crush 150 grams of butter, add sugar there, mix thoroughly. In this case it would be more understandable to say "grind". In the resulting consistency, add the yolk and egg, then at your discretion, you can add vanillin, but this is not necessary. Further in this mass we add flour - so much that the dough became viscous. Then start kneading the dough. In order for the dough to not stick to your hands, it's best to grease your hands with flour. The dough is rolled into a square according to the shape and size of its baking tray. It is desirable that the dough layer is thin.

Then carefully lubricate the baking tray with oil and heat it in the oven, after which - get the baking tray from the heated oven, and lay out the dough on it. The cherry cake will be more delicious if the dough is no more than 1 cm in thickness.

Then lay out on the dough a layer of cherries without pits. If there are bones, then you will need to clear berries. After this, you need to put the cake is cooked in the oven. It is better to put on medium fire, then the cherry pie will not burn. And only after 45 minutes you need to open the oven and get a baking sheet - the base of the cake is ready.

The next step is decorating your dish. A cake with a cherry is decorated in a hot form, cut into portions. First you need to sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and vanilla, then whip the proteins into a foam, pour this foam over the pie and put it back in the oven so that the foam stiffens. The pie is ready!

Another simple recipe is a biscuit cake with a cherry. To prepare it you need almost the same products as in the first recipe - the difference is only in the test. So, we get 500 grams of cherries, you can and not the ripe, you'll need 170 grams of flour, sugar powder is useful in the amount of 17 grams, butter in the same amount as powder, three eggs, vanilla to taste.

Cooking this type of pie is also very easy and fast. It is necessary to melt the butter, then mix it with egg yolks and 0, 5 sugar powder. All this is thoroughly mixed until the mass is uniform.

The next step is to whip the proteins into a steep foam. Then we connect this foam with the liquid that we just churned. And only after that gradually add flour (sift before sending flour into the dish - this will help you avoid lumps in your test).

Then we proceed on the rolled-in scheme: we preheat the oven beforehand, and put the dish on a baking tray, we also lay out the cherries without pits.
