A sweet bun with sugar: a recipe for making a sweet product

Plush with sugar, the recipe of which we will consider below, is so delicious and lush that no one can stand before it. It is worth noting that such a good product is prepared in the oven for a relatively short time. But before you put it there, you should carefully knead the yeast base.

A sweet bun with sugar: a recipe for dessert

Necessary ingredients:

  • Granulated yeast active (you can take "Pakmai") - 1 dessert spoon (without a slide);
  • Sand sugar - 250 g (1 large spoon is meant for dough, the rest goes to the powder);
  • Milk fresh 3% - 900 ml;
  • Egg chicken - 3 pieces (one for lubricating buns);
  • Margarine creamy fresh - 190 g;
  • Wheat flour (to buy only the highest grade) - 1,5-1,8 kg (at personal discretion);
  • Common salt - ½ teaspoonful;
  • Sesame seeds - 20 g;
  • Sour cream 30% thick - 1 pot;
  • Vegetable oil - 200 ml (for lubricating the mold and buns).

Dough preparation process

To bun with sugar, the recipe of which is simple, rose well during the heat treatment and turned out soft, you should carefully knead the yeast base. To make it, you need to take 900 ml of fresh milk, pour it into a metal saucepan and gently warm it (until it is doubled). After that it needs to dissolve 1 large spoonful of granulated sugar, lay out the granulated yeast and wait for a quarter of an hour to make them swell. Then the base should be sprinkled with salt, smashed eggs, and add sour cream, melted margarine and wheat flour. Mixing the ingredients together, you will get a soft dough, which will be well detached from the hands.

Before making buns with sugar, the mixed substrate needs to be kept in the heat for about 1 hour. During this time, the dough should rise several times. This procedure is necessary to ensure that the biscuit is as lush and soft as possible.

Forming and baking dessert

After the dough for buns with sugar is suitable, it is necessary to pinch off a piece (a ball with a diameter of 5 centimeters), get wet in wheat flour, and then roll it into a thin circle. The surface of the resulting layer should be generously greased with sunflower oil (using a culinary brush), sprinkle sugar in the amount of 1 dessert spoon and add sesame seeds. After this, the circle should be rolled into a tight roll, which must be bent in half, cut the middle part with a knife (not reaching the ends), and then, opening the bun close up nicely, put it on a baking sheet with oil. By analogy, all other products are prepared.

When buns are formed, their surface is recommended to be smeared with whipped egg and immediately put them in the oven. This dessert is baked for about 40-60 minutes. Readiness can be determined in appearance: if buns are lightly browned, then they should be got.

How to serve to the table correctly

The sugar cane, the recipe of which was presented in this article, can be served to the table in a hot, warm or cooled condition. However, it is worth noting that this dessert is especially delicious immediately after baking. Such a bun with sugar is recommended to be used together with tea or coffee.
