Okroshka on mineral water is a delicious, satisfying and thirsty dish, from which no one refuses. It is worth mentioning that such a cold summer soup will include only simple, affordable and inexpensive ingredients.
How to cook okroshka on mineral water: step-by-step recipe
Required products:

Radish freshly cut small - 6 pcs; - Sausage boiled - 150 g;
- Fresh herbs (leeks, dill, parsley) - on the half of the beam;
- Mineral water (can be with or without gas) - 2 liters;
- Potatoes young small - 4 tubers;
- Fresh small cucumber - 3-4 pieces;
- Boiled chicken egg - 3 pcs;
- Lemon fresh - ½ part;
- Mayonnaise of high fat content - 120 g;
- Salt iodized shallow - at personal discretion.
The processing of the main ingredients
Okroshka on mineral water is prepared exactly as a similar dish with the addition of kvass. It is good to wash potato tubers and boil them together with chicken eggs in salt water. Next, the products must be cooled, peeled and peeled. After this, it is necessary to start processing fresh ingredients. Radish and cucumbers should be rinsed, freed from pedicels and tails, and then chopped into small cubes along with boiled potatoes and eggs.
Forming a dish
