"A priori" - chocolate for connoisseurs of the present

Confectionery factory "Fidelity to quality" created a new brand "A Priori". Chocolate of this brand belongs to the premium class and is produced from 2012.

"A priori" - chocolate, the photo of which is presented in our article, has a wide range of products. Separately, it is necessary to say about the non-traditional approach to options:

  • Traditional tiles;
  • Small tiles, wrapped in individual packaging;
  • Assembled mixes "Assorted".

The price categories of chocolate correspond to the premium class.

Milestones of creation and creativity

Since 2001, the production of "Fidelity to Quality" is located in the city of Kasimov, Ryazan region. The initial specialization of the factory is souvenir chocolate and products with corporate brands. Since 2005, there has been a trade mark - "Fidelity to quality".

In 2012, this brand was re -branded - now it's "A Priori". Chocolate premium, bitter, with unusual fillings - so briefly you can designate today's brand. The unusual and bright name, which goes back to the philosophical interpretation of the term, emphasize the pretentiousness of the producer, his desire for success. At the same time, this also enables the development of sales (without translation of the name and uniqueness of its pronunciation), not only in the Russian market.

At the enterprise modern lines of manufacture of Germany, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland are established. Their capacity is more than 20 tons per day. To date, the owner of the factory is the fund Paradigm Investments. From this moment in the marketing policy of the company there are some changes. The company aims to take the share of the premium chocolate market, replacing the brands of imported manufacturers. In this segment of the Russian market, the Swiss company Lindt always took the lead - up to 50%.

The company "Loyalty to Quality" already owns a quarter of this segment. In the ambitious plans of the company - an increase in the market share with a gradual replacement of imports through the brand "A priori".

Chocolate: composition of products

The market of bitter chocolate is rich in fakes. These include, first of all, the non-availability of cocoa butter or its replacement at all. It is difficult to notice a partial replacement with a partial replacement, it is possible to rely only on the opinion of audit organizations. During the production of bitter chocolate, the production of the factory "Fidelity to Quality" was repeatedly tested by various instances. And there have never been any comments on the composition or compliance with the technical conditions of production. To sustain such indicators is difficult: we need specialists and the desire of the management (more owners) to "keep the brand".

The content of cocoa in the TM "Apriori" (classic bitter chocolate) is 65, 75, 85 and 99%. The less cocoa in the composition, the sweeter the chocolate. 99% cocoa is a unique chocolate, its taste can be solved not immediately, but it costs one or two times to try, it is already impossible to get out of it. The fragrance is opened gradually after opening the package, the mouth acquires a rich tartness, leaving a persistent long aftertaste. Bitter chocolate of other brands is difficult to confuse with TM "Apriori".

Unusual fillers

When researches by confectioners of preferences of connoisseurs of premium product, there were revealed some features of the Russian market. Based on the surveys conducted, the following fillers were accepted for production: candied fruits of lemons and oranges, almond blossoms, ginger, cinnamon, cayenne pepper. Combinations - ginger and lemon candied fruits, almond blossoms and orange candied fruit, apricot kernel, cayenne pepper and natural mint - are not quite traditional. But this is what makes the "A priori" trademark unique.

Chocolate: customer reviews and dietitians

An unusual combination of lemon and ginger in one chocolate, and in another orange and almonds, was appreciated by lovers of original flavors, while noting the unusual freshness. The combination of mint and cayenne pepper was noted as giving a very long aftertaste. The astringency and persistence of the aroma of chocolate with apricot kernel were appreciated by the sophisticated lovers of sweets. The real gourmets noted the bitter 99% chocolate, its delicious salinity in the beginning and the irresistible desire to try the second and third slice. Nutritionists advise eating a piece of bitter 99 percent chocolate "A Priori" instead of breakfast.
