Why Should I Ask Permissions?

Recently, news releases abound with reports of various protest actions and rallies. Also, very often in the news you can hear such an expression unauthorized rally. As rules, law enforcement agencies prevent such unauthorized rallies and force them to disperse. To hold a rally, you must obtain permission to conduct it. Where it is necessary to inform the whole list of information. If to reduce to several questions, then it is necessary to inform: where, when, why and how many participants will there be? Otherwise, as mentioned above, law enforcement agencies will disperse this event. But let's see if it's legitimate. When dispersing unauthorized actions, the actions of law enforcement officers are justified by the fact that no permission was given to the authorities to conduct this action. But let's turn to the main law of our country. Opens the first section, the second chapter, article 31 and reads: Citizens of the Russian Federation have the right to assemble peacefully, without weapons, to hold meetings, rallies and demonstrations, marches and pickets. And all in this article, there are no more any additional sections. It turns out that there can be no term unauthorized protest action. And the obstruction of law enforcement officers in holding a rally or other protest actions with motivation unauthorized action is a flagrant violation of the basic law of the Russian Federation. Such actions are a flagrant violation of the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Russian Federation. And in our country, no one can infringe upon these rights of citizens of our country. So, in the data the situation should be understood who is violating the law. And as everyone knows, it should be the same. And I believe that the time will come when the constitution will become an unquestioning and supreme law for all citizens of our country, regardless of the material or social status of a person.
