Spices are either cooked on their own, or buckwheat is bought in a merchant's way for the second course (a ready-made mixture of condiments), which is simply added to the dish.

No less delicious and fragrant than with pork, it turns out buckwheat in a merchant manner with chicken. For this dish, you will need chicken fillet, buckwheat, carrots, sweet peppers, onions, soy sauce, tomato paste, condiments. For preparation it is better to take a deep frying pan, as the whole dish will be cooked in it. Chicken is cut into small portions, fried in vegetable oil, sunflower or olive, peppered. To it is added chopped onions and grated carrots, everything is passaged for a while on fire. Here poured diced Bulgarian pepper. 2 spoons of soy sauce are combined with the same amount of tomato paste, salt and seasonings. The resulting mixture is well mixed, poured into the chicken with vegetables. To buckwheat in a merchant's way is more fragrant, here you can add finely chopped greens. Groats are washed, poured into a frying pan, a broth or boiled water is poured into the glass. All is brought to a boil and stewed under the lid for 10 minutes. When ready, the liquid must completely evaporate. After the dish is removed from the fire, it is given a few more minutes to sink, and you can serve to the table.

Conveniently and quickly cooked buckwheat in a merchant manner, like other porridges, in a pressure cooker. For this, the necessary ingredients (sliced meat, carrots, onions, croup) are laid out in layers, and the necessary temperature regime is set.

Also buckwheat can be cooked in the following way. Pork is cut into cubes, fried in a frying pan, a small amount of water is added, the meat is stewed until cooked. Separately fry carrots, onions, chopped garlic, vegetables are laid out in meat. The groats are poured for 5 minutes with boiling water, the water is drained, the buckwheat is added to the meat with the vegetables, poured in water so that all the ingredients are covered approximately one finger in height. The porridge is closed by a lid and languishes on a small fire until the liquid evaporates and the croup becomes soft and crumbly. You can put a little butter and mix it, then serve it to the table. To make such a porridge you can put it in the oven at an average temperature, with the lid do not cover the dishes.
