Hot rolls

A good second course will be salmon rolls, which are baked in the oven. To do this, we need to take the fillets of this red fish (about 400-500 grams), a small packet of crab sticks, hard cheese (about 200 g), mayonnaise, seasonings (salt and pepper), half a glass of any rice, and a little parsley. You can prepare this wonderful dish very quickly. Literally in 40 minutes the finished rolls will be on the dining table. However, everything is in order.

  • It is necessary to cook rice until ready to cook. At the same time, all available crab sticks rub on the small grater. With cheese, they do the same. Parsley, in turn, finely chopped. The preparatory stage ends when the fillet of the salmon is cut into thin strips. Their width should not exceed 4-5 cm.
  • The resulting rice, crab sticks, chopped cheese, greens, mayonnaise and seasonings are mixed until a gentle and homogeneous mass is obtained.
  • Finally, rolls of salmon are formed. Especially for this lining the bottom of a flat container (it should be quite small) strips of red fish. Top fill the stuffing by 4 cm in height. Then they take out the basket from the container and wrap it up with pieces of salmon, to make a roll.
  • Finished pieces are laid on a heated baking sheet and put in the oven to bake.

Cheese rolls made from salmon

An excellent cold snack or a dish that replaces a light salad will be small rolls with red fish and soft cheese. To make this wonderful treat you will need a little effort, a desire to please your family and some ingredients:

  1. Flour - 2 items;
  2. Sugar sand - 2 tablespoons;
  3. Eggs - 4;
  4. Oil - half a pack;
  5. Milk - 2 items;
  6. Salmon (lightly salted) - a half-kilogram;
  7. Cheese (soft, curd) - 200 g;
  8. Salad greens, dill;
  9. salt.

Everything begins with the preparation of pancakes. For the test, you need to beat the eggs together with salt, sugar and milk. Add flour to this mixture. In a frying pan you need to bake a few thin pancakes.

Salmon is cut into small pieces (thin strips). Cheese is put in a plate, where it is gently kneaded and mixed with chopped dill. Then everything is very simple. On pancakes put fish, and on top - curd mass. Then roll rolls and cut into small pieces. To make the dish look attractive, small rolls of salmon are laid out on lettuce leaves.

Lavash with red fish

In a hurry, you can prepare and a unique dish - a roll of salmon. It is suitable for breakfast or as a snack on a picnic. Often it also decorates the festive table.

It will take nothing:

  • Lavash (necessarily large and thin or Armenian);
  • mayonnaise;
  • Melted cheese (2 pcs, preferably of classical taste);
  • Grams of 200-300 salmon (it can be smoked or salty);
  • As well as greens (you can dill, basil or parsley, etc.).

Preparatory work involves cutting fish in the form of small strips, chopping cheese on a grater and chopping greens. Everything else is very simple. Lavash is laid out on the table and smeared with mayonnaise. Salmon, cheese and greens are laid out on top, after which a large roll is folded, which is placed in the refrigerator for several hours. After which it can be cut and enjoyed with pleasure.

A real fish pie

Of course, no holiday can do without a pie. From salmon it turns out juicy, tasty and melting in the mouth. And to prepare such a masterpiece is very simple, but it turns out insanely delicious.

In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, a glass of milk, flour 6 tablespoons, a little soda and sour cream (150g). Half of the resulting mass is poured into a specially prepared and heated in the oven, oiled form. On top of this dough put a fresh salmon fillet (sliced), which is required to salt and a little pepper to taste. Then the second part of the mass is poured. This form is sent to the oven for an hour, until the salmon pie is ready.

Each dish of red fish is a real work of culinary art. It's almost impossible to spoil it, and surprise guests always have the opportunity!
