Work, organized on these principles, ensures the satisfaction of all participants in the work process.

Within the framework of the tactical direction, current personnel activities are being implemented to create the workforce of the enterprise. The essence of the work in this direction is a clear delineation of the functions of employees and their implementation in practice.

In conclusion, I would like to note that the main tasks and objectives of the management are to provide the enterprise with highly qualified personnel, to use them effectively, and to organize the professional development of subordinates.
