Very soon we will celebrate the advent of the New Year and Christmas. In this article, we'll talk about how to create New Year's pop-ups with our own hands. Such beautiful and original crafts will be an excellent gift to colleagues, family members and friends. We bring to your attention two simple master classes for making "trees of happiness". We will decorate one topiary with pine cones, and the second - with Christmas balls and tinsel. So, let's start creating luxurious holiday souvenirs.

New Year's topiary with their own hands: we decorate the cones with the "tree of happiness"

For the manufacture of crafts you will need the following materials and tools: clay, foil, twig or stick, newspaper, glue gun and PVA glue, wrapping paper, tinsel, pine cones of small size, bow, brilliant acrylic paint, 100-ml thick-walled glass.

We begin the production of the New Year's Topiary with the design of a glass. It will serve as a pot for our tree. Wrap the glass with beautiful wrapping paper, fixing it with glue. Half the capacity is filled with plasticine, and the top layer of tinsel. Now we make the tree trunk: we cover the branch with acrylic paint and leave it to dry. Form a foil ball of arbitrary shape. Do not crush the foil too tightly, otherwise the crown of the topiary will be too heavy. Foil the paper with a paper and apply the desired color to the workpiece. After drying the paint, make a small hole in the ball and put it on the barrel, which, in turn, is placed in an already decorated pot. Glue the cones to the ball with an adhesive gun. Important! To place natural material it is necessary densely, so that the crown becomes lush and volumetric, without lumens. In order to create a festive topiary with Christmas balls, you will need such tools and materials:

• Newspaper or ball of polystyrene;
• Thread;
• Acrylic paint;
• Christmas balls (preferably, they are of different size, color, texture);
• Rod or twig for the trunk;
• A small pot of ceramics;
• glue;
• gypsum;
• Glue gun;
• Decorative elements: beads, spruce twigs, tinsel, sequins.

First we make a ball from newspapers, and then we wind it with a thread, Now we insert a twig into it, fixing it with glue. It is necessary to paint the ball in the right color with acrylic paints. It was the turn of the Christmas balls - we glue them to the ball of topiary with the help of a glue gun. Next, proceed to the design of the pot. Make a plaster solution and fill it in a ceramic container. Once the gypsum is seized, it is necessary to insert a tree trunk into it . After this you need to wait until the gypsum is completely dry. It remains to decorate the "tree of happiness" and the base of the pot with decorative branches of thuja or spruce, beads, tinsel. That's all, our New Year's topiarii with our own hands are ready! In order to make a figured trunk, it is necessary to prepare a cone from a thick cardboard and decorate it with pine or fir twigs, after which decorate with beads, small Christmas balls and tinsel.
