Thanks to numerous marinades, sauces and spices, you can diversify the preparation of this product, delighting eaters every time with something new. And it does not matter, we bake the whole chicken in the oven or pieces, the result is equally delicious. It is not even necessary to mention the aesthetic side of this dish. Appetizing chicken with a crispy crust does not leave anyone indifferent.

Chicken with lemon marinade

The chicken, baked in the oven entirely, under a marinade of lemon, herbs and spices - is one of the traditional cooking options. To do this, take one carcass bird, lemon, or rather its juice, a small spoonful of salt, half a spoonful of pepper (black ground) and rosemary and olive oil. Prepare the chicken and dry it with a towel. Then mix all the ingredients intended for the marinade. We rub the resulting mixture of chicken from all sides and leave for one hour without sending it to the refrigerator. If the marinating time is longer, then the chicken should be put in a cool place. Then again we dry the carcass with a towel, put it on a baking tray and put it in a preheated oven. We bake the whole chicken in the oven for about an hour. The cooking time depends on the size.

Chicken with garlic and lemon

Garlic gives any dish a delicious aroma, so it is often used in cooking. We take one chicken (about 2 kilograms), a few spoons of olive oil, one lemon, about 10 cloves of garlic, a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and spices. We begin with the preparatory work. We clean the garlic and shake it in a mortar (or grind it in another way). Then very carefully cut the rosemary. Mix these two ingredients and add lemon zest to them. Then squeeze out the juice of the lemon. Solim, pepper to taste and pour two spoons of olive oil. We mix all the ingredients and lubricate this mixture with chicken. Spread it on a baking tray. If it is not non-stick, then grease it with any fat. Around it is possible to lay out a whole potato of small size. We bake the whole chicken in the oven for 40 minutes. The temperature should be 180 degrees. When the chicken is ready, it must be taken to the dish and left for 15 minutes. Meat should rest and absorb all the juices. Then we serve it to the table.

Bake in the sleeve

The chicken, baked in a package, turns out very juicy. To prepare this way, you can choose any recipe. For the marinade, you can take a combination of soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice or lime and pepper. A mixture of these ingredients rub the carcass. As a stuffing we use any vegetables and fruits that can perfectly complement this meat. We lay the bird in a special sleeve and close the edges with clamps. We bake the whole chicken in the oven in the traditional way. The cooking time is approximately 40 minutes. Do not forget to punch the package in several places from the top to provide air outlet. A few minutes before the end, you can cut the sleeve and give the chicken a blush.
