Vegetarian diet

Vegetarianism is a unique food system, which includes the use of products exclusively of vegetable origin. Today there are various vegetarian diets, a large number of which include eggs in their diet, as well as dairy products. But at the same time, we must try to avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. Thanks to such diets, it is possible to improve your health and prolong your youth.

A strict vegetarian diet implies an almost complete exclusion from your diet of products that are of animal origin - poultry, fish, eggs, meat, and dairy products. Do not forget that cakes and ice cream also belong to products of animal origin, since they are made with the use of eggs and milk. Many doctors negatively regard this diet, because because of such a diet your body will not receive substances that play a very important role in its full functioning.

The ovolacto-vegetarian diet is a kind of vegetarianism. It includes eggs in your diet and is suitable for long-term use, while your body will receive important substances that play a major role in the normalization of the work of all systems in the body (calcium and vitamin B12, which are absent in plant foods). If a person's health improves when he follows a vegetarian diet, he becomes a supporter of such a diet.

A vegetarian diet that includes not only vegetable, but also dairy products, is called lactovegetarian. People can adhere to this diet even in old age, but one important condition must be observed: the diet should be diverse, it must include vegetables, nuts, fruits, legumes, berries and vegetable oils.
