In folk medicine with the help of this plant they treat acne, insomnia, scabies, bronchial asthma, mastopathy and some inflammations. Useful properties of Peking cabbage are the presence of a substance called lactucine, a microelement that normalizes blood pressure and improves metabolism. The freshly squeezed juice of this valuable plant is an excellent assistant in the fight against gastritis. Also, "Peking" is indicated by patients with atherosclerosis, arthritis, gout, anemia.

Salad

For cooking, the following ingredients will be needed: Peking cabbage, boiled chicken breast, two tomatoes and a Bulgarian pepper. Also need a bunch of green onions, 200 gr. Cheese, spoon of lemon juice, 100 gr. Mayonnaise and ground pepper.

Preparation

Dice the boiled breast with cubes. Wash and chop cabbage. Grind the onions. Cut the tomatoes and pepper into cubes. Rub the cheese on the grater. In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice, mayonnaise and pepper. Combine all ingredients and season with sauce. All mix well. The food is ready.

Champignons, carrots, sweet and hot peppers, ginger root, brandy spoon, as much soy sauce, a few pinch of sugar, a little salt, sesame and vegetable oil. Also need 300 gr. Shrimp and Peking cabbage.

Preparation

Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan. Pepper cut into thin strips. Carrots grate on a "Korean" grater. Lightly fry in a pan a spicy pepper and a root of ginger (for lovers of spicy), add paprika, mushrooms and carrots. All mix and leave to languish under the lid on a small fire. Add salt and pepper. Cabbage finely chop. Peel the shrimp. Seafood and "pekinku" lightly fry in oil. Add vegetables, soy sauce, sugar and a couple of minutes put out.
