Now the container is on top, up to the neck is poured with boiling water, covered with a boiled lid and sterilized for about half an hour, after which it can be rolled. Such tomatoes can be stored in the apartment for the winter and not be afraid that the banks will not be available until spring. This recipe is also good because it allows improvisation. To tomatoes, you can add circles of cucumbers, carrots or other vegetables you like.

Another version of the lobed tomato in the jar is not so loyal to the ingredients, but from this the taste of the billet does not get worse. Based on a liter take 1 spoon of vegetable oil, a large onion, a couple of leaves of a laurel, a few peas of sweet and black peppers and cloves. Cut the tomatoes in half (if they are not large) or on a quarter. In a jar we put onions, cut into rings, tomatoes, spices, lean oil and pour boiling brine (1 tablespoon of salt, 2 - sugar per liter of water). This workpiece can be sterilized for 5-7 minutes, and you can roll it right away without pasteurization.
