The State of the Second Reich and its "father" Otto von Bismarck

About the Third Reich, all talk without stopping. Of course, this is, after all, the greatest state, whose people selflessly believed in their Aryan origin. Its power has reached such a level that Germany could conduct military operations simultaneously on two fronts (Russia and France) during the Second World War. And why do not we know anything about the state of the Second Reich? I hope, everyone heard about his predecessor - the Holy Roman Empire of the German nation.

Salvation of royal power by Otto von Bismarck

The Kingdom of Prussia occupied a certain part of the territory of modern Germany. 1862 was marked by the emergence on the world stage of a wise ruler - Otto von Bismarck. At that time, the royal power was in crisis. The current ruler Wilhelm was a military man and did not prepare to take the throne, but because of the premature death of his elder brother was forced to do so. It was not easy for him to find a common language with the parliament. The military reform was planned: an increase in the service life from two to three years, due to which the number of employees would increase.

And the parliament at first refused to accept the budget, and, of course, the transfer of money from the funds was not made. The threat of a coup loomed over the state of the Second Reich. The parliament could not remove the king, but his Wilhelm could disperse easily. But the governor did not have that character, even despite all the requests of the Minister of War Albrecht von Rohon, he did not want to do this. The king was going to abdicate, but then he was recommended to a man who can stabilize the situation in the country, even without the rights to manage the state budget.

So, September 22, 1862, this man took the post of minister-president of the state of the Second Reich. His name was Otto von Bismarck. This person started his activity by declaring the representatives of the parliament not very clever people, and most importantly, he took the course to unite all Germany by no means by peaceful negotiation, but by "iron and blood". The cowardly king doubted the need for these actions, but Bismarck convinced him of the correctness of the decision. And the words of his speech, he backed up actions, because in 1864 the Danes were already under the leadership of the King of Prussia. And then other countries followed. The State of the Second Reich existed until 1917, and then it was replaced by Democrats who established the Nazi dictatorship.

Third Reich

The history of the Third Reich is most known to ordinary citizens. His permanent leader, A. Hitler, literally lived the idea of conquering the world. The Second World War showed how much this belief was passed on to German citizens. Nazi troops reached Stalingrad. Nevertheless, the collapse of this state after the tipping point in the war was inevitable. On May 8, 1945, when Hitler had already committed suicide, Germany signed an act of surrender.

Despite the intensive development of heavy and military industry, art and literature also existed in this country. How could you still instill a utopian faith in the idea, not as cultural works! Only here all the themes of works and paintings were dictated, even an artificial trend in literature was created. The art of the Third Reich was also completely subordinate to Hitler's opinion: often creations were related to military themes, and those artists who depicted in the pictures green sky and blue grass were not recognized. Everywhere the swastika was glorified.

Each country has its beginning, flowering and sunset. Mighty states The Second and Third Reich played a significant role in world history, largely due to their leaders - Otto von Bismarck and Adolf Hitler. Only strong people can rule a strong state.
