  • Corn flakes (unsweetened) - one glass is enough;
  • Bread crumbs for breading;
  • refined oil;
  • two eggs;
  • Orange peel;
  • 0.5 kg of turkey ground meat;
  • Thick honey - enough 2-3 tbsp. Spoons.

Cooking process

In a bowl with minced meat, break the eggs. Immediately salt. We knead it with clean hands. Further mincemeat should be discarded, so that it turned out more magnificent. Just throw it in a bowl at least 20 times.

Hands wet in cool water. We form medium-sized cutlets. Each of them is crumbled in breadcrumbs.

Warm up the frying pan with butter. We put in it a few cutlets. Fry from all sides until golden brown.

All the cutlets are laid out on a large flat plate. We are waiting for their complete cooling.

Now we need to melt honey in a water bath. This is done in a saucepan and with a small fire. To the melted honey, add grated orange peel.
