Now on sale you can meet varieties of Puer with aging for more than 35 years, it is worth noting that prices for such varieties may exceed the prices of expensive brandies.
As a result of the fact that in the seventies of the last century Puer began to be exported to other countries, the demand for Puer tea began to grow, the tea-aging problem arose, and as a result, a technology of accelerated manufacturing appeared during which the leaves were soaked and piled up, Leaves grows and the same fermentation process takes place, but much faster. Tea, created by this method, was called Shu (ready), the original method was called Shen (which can be translated as Raw). Many "gourmets" of tea say that only Shen Puer is worthy of respect. In truth, Shen Puer, with an exposure of less than ten years, may be much less "mature" than Shu Puer, whose fermentation process was accelerated. In other words: Shu Puer in terms of chemical composition, close to Shen Puer with an exposure of more than ten years and is much cheaper, which can add to it attractiveness. However, if we consider the very idea of tea culture, it is certainly better to use Shen Puera, but only with an exposure of more than 10 years.
And now let's take a look at the sensations that this legendary drink can cause. At once I want to afflict all lovers of acute and other extraordinary sensations. The effect of at least a little comparable to amphetamines, cocaine and other illegal drugs you are unlikely to feel. Puer tea has a noticeable toning effect, in my opinion stronger and at the same time rather soft compared to coffee, moreover, this effect is more prolonged. It is worth noting that from the use of Puer, the effect dissipates depressive states and thoughts and promotes positive thinking. Also noticeably increases efficiency and communicative qualities. Puer tea can be considered as an alternative to energy drinks, but in no case as an analogue of narcotic drugs. In addition, if we recall the innumerable useful properties of Puer tea, which we will not list in this article, it can be argued that this tea is indispensable in modern society.
