Moreover, in the first year of life, the development of the baby is assessed precisely by physical indications: when he learned to hold the head, whether he was sitting confidently, whether he could crawl and grab toys. Transition to one-time daytime sleep
At the age of 1.5-2 years, you can gradually go to daytime sleep once a day. Do this only if the parents are sure that the child is ready for such changes. To determine this is not so difficult. The kid remains vigorous and inquisitive the entire period of wakefulness until the moment when they begin to put him to bed? So, you can try. If after the transition the baby becomes more moody, mood and appetite disorders are observed, one should think about returning to a two-day sleep. The correct schedule for the day of the child should be tailored to the individual needs and health of your son or daughter. The most important indicator that the parents organize everything correctly, and the baby is enough to sleep - his activity and good mood during periods of wakefulness.

The child spends most of the day in the pre-school education institution - about 12 hours. During this time, general strengthening exercises are held twice - in the morning, before breakfast, and after a day's sleep. Moving games are offered to kids and on walks, and regular music lessons and physical culture are included in any preschool education program. In addition, during the day, educators spend small physical training sessions as breaks between creative pursuits, reading and games.

Summer months are eagerly awaited by all children, as well as by many adults. And it's not surprising - you can stay outdoors at least the whole day, without spending much time to choose several layers of clothing. Separately it is necessary to note also a variety of variants of the organization of leisure. The table of the daily routine of the child, an example of which is shown in the photo below, should allocate as much time as possible for walking outdoors. If there is a possibility, you can walk in the summer almost all day, with a break for sleep and meals. During long walks the child independently alternates active and cognitive activity.
On the street you can study and repeat the names of plants and insects with your mother, and then fun to play catch-up with peers. What else to do in the summer? Organize a hike into the forest or at least a walk in the park / garden, if possible, then from time to time take the child to swim in clean water. Already in 3-4 years you can teach your child to play sports games: football, basketball, volleyball, badminton - choose to your taste. Depending on the age of the child, ask him to ride a bike, scooter or roller skates.

No wonder they say that summer is a small life. If a child spends summer vacations at home, the parents' task is to make this time truly interesting and magical. Do not protect the child from communicating with peers, try to walk in places where many children of different ages, in well-maintained areas or in parks. Show your kid something new, try to pay his attention to trifles, teach to distinguish between tree species, types of grasses and flowers. If for some reason you can not travel outside the city even on weekends, arrange city trips. A lot of new impressions the kid will get, even if you just pass a few bus stops and take a walk on an unfamiliar site.

And what are the active games for children? What to play on the street? There are many children's games for different ages. These are all possible variations on the theme of "catch-up" and "hide and seek". Remember and entertainment from your own childhood: "classics", "rubber bands", as well as a variety of games with the ball. You can entertain a company of children by arranging a baton and inviting participants to overcome the obstacle course. Preschoolers will be interested in playing games, during which they will be asked to portray different animals. Try also to offer the child to practice in throwing some objects. The options are a lot - from the one who will throw the stone further down before knocking down some objects and before "shooting" at the targets. The most important rule - do not forget to alternate active games for children and regularly offer new classes and assignments.

Not all young parents know that in many sports sections the set has been running since 3-5 years. And so early classes are not only for future champions. Remember that attending a sports school is not binding on a child. And yet this is an excellent option for the harmonious physical development of the child. Sometimes the motor activity of preschool children gives a lot of worry to parents, especially if mom and dad do not have time to spend a lot of their time on walks and games with their children daily. In any large enough locality today you can find a sports section for every taste: dancing, wrestling, team and individual sports. Focus on the child's need for physical activity and his personal preferences.
