• Ceramic. This name is red brick, which tolerates all climatic conditions well, is characterized by high strength and low moisture absorption - up to a maximum of 8%.
• Clinker brick differs from ceramic by using a higher temperature, due to which the products acquire high strength, and their structure - homogeneity.

• Silicate bricks are fireproof and moisture resistant inferior to previous analogues, because of which the area of its use is more limited. For lining silicate products are used much less often than ceramic and clinker.

All that concerns shortcomings

Like any other material, Old Oskol brick has certain drawbacks. These include, for example, the need for the cladding of a wooden house to equip the vapor barrier. The tree passes moisture, and the brick does not. And if you do not divide them, the steam missed by the wall will remain inside and lead to the rotting of the tree.
