Sour cream cookies for home tea drinking

To date, the supermarket counters are bursting with the abundance and variety of confectionery. These are all kinds of croissants, cakes, cookies, muffins, rolls, donuts, rolls and much more. - Two packs of fatty sour cream;

First, separate the proteins from the yolks, whisk together with the sugar until the grains disappear. Melt the butter and combine it with the beaten yolks. If you do not have butter, you can replace it with margarine. Cookies from sour cream and margarine are not less delicious. Then gradually add sour cream, vanillin and flour. Get a cool dough, like a dumplings. If desired, you can add walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts to the dough, this will give your liver a little exotic. After the dough is ready, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, so that it stiffens and it is easier to roll it out. When the dough solidifies, roll it into a layer about 1.5 cm thick and cut out various figures. Cook the sour cream cookie on the baking tray, pre-oiled with sunflower oil, and bake in the oven until you get a tasty crust. Pechenyushki turn out crunchy and friable, and all this thanks to sour cream.

Cool cookies remain covered with icing, sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can serve it with hot tea with mint, coffee with milk, fruit juice, compote, mors, in general, anything. Such cookies from sour cream are perfect for children's holidays. And your children will not be ashamed to treat their friends, because not every mother can pamper such delicious cookies.

The above recipe can be supplemented with dried fruits: raisins, dried apricots, prunes, cherries. This will add to your baking of vitamins.

There are a lot of interesting cookie recipes, among which I would like to highlight cookies from cottage cheese and sour cream. Cottage cheese and sour cream for sure will be found in the refrigerator of any mistress.

For the cottage cheese pastry, we will need the following products:

- One packet of any cottage cheese, fatty or low-fat;

- a packet of fatty sour cream;

- 4 fresh eggs;

- one glass of granulated sugar;

- wheat flour of the highest quality;

- a little butter or margarine (about 50 grams);

- pinch of vanillin;

- powdered sugar and jam for decorating cookies.

Sugar and eggs to grind until the disappearance of sugar grains, combine with sour cream and cottage cheese, mix the mixture with a mixer. Add the softened butter, vanillin and knead the dough. Dough roll out a layer of 2 cm thick and cut figurines. Fold the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake in an oven until a mouth-watering crust. Decorate the cookies with jam and powdered sugar. To serve tea a little cooled. Cottage cheese biscuits, like sour cream, will become an excellent dessert for tea, it produces a delicate creamy taste, and due to cottage cheese - an unusually soft consistency.
