Baked walleye with vegetables

Opens our fish marathon baked pike perch in foil. You can use both whole fish and fillets. Necessary ingredients:

- 1 pike perch;

- 100 grams of carrots;

- 100 grams of onions;

- 6 cloves of garlic;

- 100 grams of zucchini;

- 1 lemon;

- 70 ml of soy sauce;

- 100 ml of olive oil.

On top we lay the vegetable layer and season it with oil and 0.5 part sauce. We decorate the dish with fish and pour the remaining sauce. Finish the culinary creation by adding crushed garlic. Seal the foil and put the pan in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. After 20-30 minutes a pike perch with vegetables will be ready. Bake fish in this way, you can and at a solemn event, and a picnic.

Fish with cheese crust

To bake fish in sour cream under a cheese crust, cut pieces of fish fillets. Mix a little flour with salt, roll the fish meat in it and transfer it to a baking sheet, oiled with sunflower oil. Shink onions and lightly passer. The chip of this recipe: the more onions, the better! In a clean cup, beat the eggs and start introducing sour cream (take 2 kg of fish, take 400 ml of sour cream and 2 eggs). This mixture is poured into the fried onions and add mustard and a little salt. Fill this with a filling of fish and put the grated cheese on top of it. The dish is prepared in an oven at 200 degrees until a golden shade is formed.

Fish with mushrooms

Proceed to the next recipe, which will appreciate the fans of mushrooms. Bake fish in this way is also very simple. Cut the fish, freed from bones, in large pieces. Sprinkle with pepper and salt and lay on a baking sheet, processed with oil. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and fry the crushed carrots and onions. Next, send chopped mushrooms. Fry for 3-4 minutes ingredients over medium heat, remembering to stir. Place the roasted composition on top of the fish and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes. The cooking temperature is 220 degrees.

Fish dish with oranges

The last way to bake fish is considered more spicy and refined. This idea of cooking fish is ideal for a romantic dinner. Fish fillets should be cut and sprinkled with a little lemon juice. Celery and parsley crumble and fry in oil. Pour greens and oil on a baking tray. Next, put the fish and fill with a small amount of soy sauce, mayonnaise and black pepper. We spread the flesh of the orange and "close" the dish with grated cheese of hard varieties. The temperature of baking in the oven is 200 degrees. Preparation time - 20-25 minutes. This dish is perfectly combined with boiled friable rice.
