How to prepare a sea cocktail?

  • ½ cup of green peas ;
  • 12 medium mussels (peeled);
  • 20 king prawns;
  • 150 g of tuna fillets, cut into cubes of 1.5 cm in size;
  • 250 g of medium shrimp;
  • 4 cups of fish broth;
  • 3 cups of boiled rice;
  • 375 g perch fillets, cut into cubes of 1.5 cm in size;
  • 250 g of peeled squid, carcases cut into rings (a little more than 5 mm wide), the tentacles are laid entirely;
  • 1 glass of yellow sweet pepper.

Olive oil is heated in a frying pan, fry the onion in it for a minute and add the garlic. Intermix the mixture continuously for 2 minutes.   • 500 g of tuna fillet, cut into steaks, a little less than 2 cm thick;

  • 5 leaves of lettuce;
  • 1 sprig of arugula;

For marinade:

  • ½ cup olive oil;
  • ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar;
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar;
  • 1 tablespoon a shallot onion, finely chopped;
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard ;
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves;
  • ¼ tablespoon salt.

Prepare the marinade: in a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Steaks of tuna and large shrimps are mixed with ¼ of a thin glass of marinade. Seafood must be completely covered with liquid. Cover with a lid and leave in the refrigerator for an hour. Heat the grill on medium heat, fry it on both sides of the tuna steak for about 5 minutes. Lay the shrimp and continue to cook seafood for 15 minutes. Shrimp should become pink, and the tuna can be easily divided into individual pieces with a fork.
