Flower "Bride" - an interesting plant, better developing with the "Bridegroom"

Campanula - a beautiful and beloved flower growers ("Bride and Groom" - popular name). He can blossom white (hence the association with the bride), blue or lilac (association with the groom).

Indoor flower "Bride" is an ample decorative perennial plant whose shoots do not grow upwards. Its flowers have the form of a neat little bell, which attracts flower growers. "Bride" perfectly feels even with a slight shading. She grows very quickly, and good care allows her to blossom abundantly for the second year, delighting with delicate beautiful bells.

Often two varieties of campaignanula are planted in one low pot. But here it is important to know that the lilac (blue) form is less stalwart, so we must carefully observe that the "Bride" has not muffled the "Bridegroom". But still they are better together, rather than separately, so they feel good.

Proper care allows you to admire the wonderful flowers of Campanula from the spring and until the fall. When the flowering period comes to an end, the bells need to create all the conditions for a good, full rest. Usually by this time the upper part of the shoots has time to dry, so that they can be cut. Thus, in the lower part, young flower buds can subsequently develop (it is advisable not to touch them).

Flower "Bride" - the plant is very thermophilic. Broken light is what she likes, but it's best to remove it from direct sunlight. The temperature in summer is moderate, and in winter you need a cool content. The optimum temperature for the Campanula is 13-15 degrees. From drafts it is better to protect it.

As for watering, in the summer it should be abundant and constant. In winter (during dormancy), it should be reduced. Between the watering, the top soil should dry completely.

For normal development and growth, the "Bride" flower requires a lot of moist air. Leaflets of the plant must be absolutely clean at all times, otherwise it can be affected by aphids or spider mites. Sprinkle the "Bride" in the same place where it always stands, because it is important that during the spraying the air around the pot is also moistened. And we must remember that waterlogging is harmful as well as a lack of moisture.

Top dressing is carried out from spring to August every two weeks. You can use fertilizers for flowering houseplants. To transplant a flower "Bride" is necessary every year in the spring. Substrate - equal parts of turf, humus, sand and peat.

Many flower growers choose the flower "The Bride" for themselves. Care of it is also in reproduction, which is produced by dividing the bush and cuttings. The cuttings that reached 15 cm in length are planted in early spring in small vessels at a temperature of 10 degrees. In summer they are transplanted into large pots, covering them with a glass jar. The optimum temperature is 13-14 degrees. It is important not to overhydrate, so the cuttings will rot. You can not water them at all, just spray them with water. Daily rooting cuttings should be ventilated. After three weeks, the greenhouse can be opened, and another one can be put on a bright spot, so they will quickly grow.

If the "Bride" has grown greatly, then in the spring it should be carefully extracted from the pot and carefully divided into parts. Separating plants, it is important to keep an earth lump on the roots. To make it easier, you can cut it with a sharp knife. When transplanting, it is important not to deepen the roots very much. And, of course, you can grow this flower from the seeds.
