Solkoderm medicine: instruction and analogues

"Solkoderm" is a medicinal product manufactured in Switzerland and intended for the treatment of benign skin lesions. These include various warts, condylomas, nevi. "Solkoderm", the instruction of which explains in detail the way it acts, has the ability to cauterize the wound and mummify the skin at the site of the lesion. A few minutes after applying the skin "Solkoderm" -meg or liquid causes its discoloration. After a few days, the pathologically overgrown skin (namely, warts and nevi) is darkening, mummified and disappears as scabs. The wound, left on the spot of the wart, disappears very quickly. There was no re-infection of the lesion site.

The drug is a solution that is applied externally. It can be packaged in ampoules or vials. In addition, there is an ointment with the same name.

The active substances of the preparation "Solkoderm" instruction refers to nitric, lactic, acetic and oxalic acids, copper nitrate.

It is recommended not to conduct self-treatment. First, the drug can cause complications, and secondly, only medical specialists are able to conduct the correct treatment of the affected area.

For application of the preparation "Solkoderm", the instruction explains, there is a special applicator in the package with different ends and a tube made of glass. The sharp end of the applicator serves to treat tiny lesions, blunt - for more extensive ones. With the help of a tube you can process skin areas up to 6 cm.

How to treat the skin with Solcomderm? The instruction recommends using a stick or tube to apply ointment or liquid to the affected area, gently massage it with an applicator for 3 to 5 minutes, so that the medicine is absorbed. If this happens, the skin on the site of the absorbed preparation "Solkoderm", the instruction explains, will become pale, discolored. If the skin does not turn pale, treatment should be repeated.

One session can process no more than 6 square centimeters of skin. With multiple lesions, the treatment is carried out in several stages. If mummification of the tissues did not occur, the scab did not disappear or did not form at all, the affected area should be re-treated.

Sometimes, when using this medicine, itching and burning can occur, which can be eliminated with any ointment containing an anesthetic.

If treatment of severely affected skin has been performed, scars or colloid scars may remain on the site of nevi or warts .

The drug is not indicated for malignant skin diseases, freckles, keloid scars.
