Solyanka is one of the most delicious dishes of Russian cuisine. Each hostess, at least once, but always prepared it. Solyanka is a spicy soup that can be made from meat products, mushrooms or fish. Happens and so-called a dumb hogwash, which is considered the second dish. Where exactly this dish first appeared, it is difficult to say. True, Russians regard the solyanka as their truly Russian dish. In principle, this is not so important, because for lovers of this yummy is more important to be able to cook it at home. It should be noted that the "own" solyanka is much more delicious than the one served in restaurants. The recipe for saltwort with sausage is one of the most common, it is also called a prefabricated, as it consists, as a rule, of several types of sausage products.

The recipe for honeysuckle with sausage, the first way

Ingredients:

3 liters of water, 5 potatoes, 200 grams of smoked and boiled sausage, 1 large onion, 2 pickles and tomatoes, 10 olives (pitted), half a lemon, to taste: pepper, spices, herbs, salt.

Preparation:

Potatoes are cleaned and cut into cubes. Pour the water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and cover with potatoes. Chop onion and fry in vegetable oil, add diced tomatoes and stew for 2-3 minutes. Sausage is cut into strips, salted cucumbers - cubes. Add sausage and cucumbers to the frying pan, mix and pour it all into a saucepan. Prepare the soup until it is ready. Approximately 10 minutes before the end of cooking, we add spices, peppers, greens, salt and, if desired, olives to taste. When serving on the table, soup can be decorated with slices and lemon.

As you can see, this is a fairly simple recipe for a saltwort, the next one will have to tinker a bit, but it's worth it.

Salted salad with sausage, second way

Ingredients:

500 g of beef meat, 100 grams of boiled and half-smoked sausage, 150 g of prunes, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of margarine and tomato paste, a small piece of parsley root, 1 bay leaf, 2 pickles, pepper, salt greens.

Preparation:

A piece of parsley and cook until ready. We put the cooked meat into a colander, we take out the parsley root from the broth. Bulb grind and passivate on margarine. Separate from the onion we pass and tomato paste. With pickled cucumbers peel and select the grain, cut them into cubes. We bring the broth to a boil, we dip the prunes into it and cook for 10 minutes. Sausage cut into strips or cubes, add to the broth. There we pour onions, tomato paste, cucumbers. Add spices, pepper, salt to taste. We cook for about 15 minutes. Serving on the table. We decorate the soup with herbs.

Recipe for saltwort with sausage, the third option

Ingredients:

400 g fresh cabbage, 300 g smoked sausage, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 pickles, salt, greens and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Cut cabbage from damaged leaves and cut into strips. Put into a frying pan, add pepper and salt to taste, and simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat. After this, add the onions cut into rings and coarsely grated carrots. Continue to extinguish (approx. 30 minutes). At this time, fry sausage cut into strips, add it and cucumbers to the soup 15 minutes before the end of cooking. Serve on the table with sour cream and herbs.

Recipe for saltwort with smoked meat

Ingredients:

Legumes of smoked chicken, mushrooms, sausage serverel, potatoes, carrots, pickles, onions, lemon, olives, tomato fast, pepper, greens and salt to taste.

Preparation:

In the boiling water we lower the smoked meat and cook for a couple of minutes. Then add the diced cucumber. Finely chopped onions and grated carrots are fried in vegetable oil. Separately we also fry sausage, tomato paste and mushrooms. Add the fried foods to the broth. After a couple of minutes, go to sleep with the diced potatoes. Cook soup until ready, at the end, do not forget to add olives and a few slices of lemon. When serving, decorate the dish with herbs.
