Cooking tasty: chicken breast in an oven with a potato

To prepare a large portion, take:

  • 2 chicken breasts without skin;
  • 4 large round potatoes;
  • A large onion and a pair of cloves of garlic;
  • 150 g of sour cream and hard cheese like "Parmesan";
  • Greens, spices, vegetable oil, salt.

Chicken breast in an oven with a potato is prepared so simply that even the beginning hostess can overpower the process. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut the tubers in circles 1 cm thick, bulb on the bulb. Chicken breast should also be cut with small plates. On a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, put first potatoes, after - onions, followed by vegetables, on top you need to pour sour cream sauce. It is prepared as follows: mix sour cream and half grated cheese (75 g) and squeezed garlic, salt, sprinkle with pepper and add to taste dry herbs. Half of this mixture should be watered vegetables. Next, put white meat on top, grease the remaining sauce. The chicken breast in the oven with the potatoes should be baked for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, 15 minutes before cooking, you need to get a baking tray from the oven and sprinkle the dish with grated cheese - so you will get a beautiful ruddy crust. The dish can be sprinkled with greens and hotly served to the table.

Baked potatoes with chicken breast and mushrooms

This recipe is a variation of the previous one, and it also has a unique taste and aroma. To prepare a hearty meat treat, take:

  • 1/2 kg of chicken fillet;
  • 3-4 potato tubers of medium size;
  • 400 g of any mushrooms, you can take white, champignons, butter, etc.;
  • Large bulbous bulb;
  • 300 g of grated Parmesan cheese, i.e., solid;
  • Soy sauce, mayonnaise, a little vegetable oil.

First, prepare the chicken - wash the breasts. If they are small in size, they can be baked entirely. Lubricate the meat with soy sauce, so they will become very soft and fragrant. Mushrooms also thoroughly rinse and boil for 10 minutes. Peel potatoes and cut into slices, onion - half rings. After the mushrooms are ready, place them on a frying pan and fry together with onions, if desired, add spices. And now, chicken with mayonnaise on all sides (2-3 tablespoons). You can lay out on a baking tray (lightly oiled) - first potatoes, after chicken pieces, and on top fried mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle the dish with grated "Parmesan" and send it to the oven for 25 minutes or half an hour (the temperature should be around 180 degrees). After this time, the baked chicken breast with potatoes will be ready - it can be served to the table as the main dish, it will be especially delicious if you serve a salad or a cut from fresh vegetables.
