Salad with chicken 'Tenderness'

Salads with the addition of chicken meat are great for a festive table. For their preparation is taken white chicken meat, which is perfectly combined with many products. Recipes for a variety of salads from this dietary meat is huge. For their preparation, usually chicken meat is boiled and combined with other ingredients, after which it is refueled. I offer four recipes for simple, tasty and unusual salads.

Salad with chicken "Tenderness".

To prepare a salad with chicken "Tenderness" we need: six eggs, one chicken fillet, two fresh cucumbers, two carrots, a couple of rings of canned pineapple, fresh dill and parsley, mayonnaise and salt.

Preparation: chicken meat boil and cut into small cubes.
We boil the eggs, wait for them to cool down and carefully separate the proteins from the yolks.
The first rubbed on the grater as large as possible, and the second as small as possible.
Cooked carrot and cucumber three on a medium grater. With the grated cucumbers merge the juice.

Salad with chicken "Tenderness" consists of five layers, well impregnated with mayonnaise.
Cooked products are placed in a salad bowl in layers:

  • 1 layer - chicken meat sprinkled with chopped herbs and smeared with mayonnaise;
  • 2 layer - cut into small cubes pineapples and also smeared with mayonnaise;
  • 3 layer - carrot and mayonnaise;
  • 4 layer - proteins and mayonnaise;
  • 5 and the last layer is yolks.

Salad with chicken "Tenderness" is very light, nutritious and satisfying.

Salad with chicken and omelette

To make a salad, you need to take: 250 grams of chicken fillet, two cucumbers (fresh or pickled), four eggs, three tablespoons of milk, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, pepper and a little salt.

Preparation: chicken meat is boiled and cut into not too large cubes. In a separate cup, break the eggs, add milk and whisk each well. After that, the mixture is sprinkled with pepper and salt to taste. Next, we take a frying pan, add vegetable oil, wait for it to warm up properly and pour out the eggs. Fry the omelet on each side until golden brown. It is necessary to know that if the oil is not warmed well, the omelet does not turn out to be lush and airy.
Chop the chopped omelette with thin straws. With pickled cucumbers do the same. We take a deep salad bowl and put into it chicken, scrambled eggs and cucumbers. Mix everything, pepper, salt and add mayonnaise.
Before you submit to the table, decorate with fresh herbs.
Salad is very bright and, of course, delicious.

Salad with chicken and celery root

The process of making this salad is quite simple. The dish has very useful properties due to celery. This root is rich not only with vitamins, but also with amino acids that contribute to the rejuvenation of the body.

We need: half a kilogram of chicken fillet, celery root, a can of mayonnaise or low-fat sour cream, pepper and a pinch of salt.

Preparation: chicken meat washed, boiled, cooled and cut into medium cubes. The celery root is also boiled and mixed with chicken meat. We put everything in a salad bowl, pepper, salt, add refueling and mix well.
It will be very original, if this salad is served on the leaves of a green salad.

Light chicken salad with celery

For its preparation you will need: one chicken breast, two celery sticks, three medium pickled cucumbers, a jar of marinated mushrooms, any fresh greens, mayonnaise.

Preparation: chicken fillet boil in salted water and cut into long straws. Chop the celery, cut into cubes pickled mushrooms and cucumbers.
Finely chop fresh green, should be about 1/4 cup. All the cut ingredients are combined, seasoned with mayonnaise and mixed.

Salad is ready to serve!
