Salad "Sunflower": two different cooking options

Salad "Sunflower" with crab sticks

Necessary ingredients:

  • Potatoes of young medium size - 5 pcs .;
  • Large chicken egg - 5 pcs .;
  • Bulb not large - 1 pc .;
  • Apple fresh green - 1 piece;
  • Frozen crab sticks - 1 pack or 250 g;
  • Olives - 1 canned jar;
  • High-calorie mayonnaise - 170 g;
  • Apple vinegar - half a glass;
  • Potato chips (preferably "Pringle") - 15-20 whole pieces;
  • Salt cooked - add during cooking ingredients.

Processing of main products

Before you make a salad "Sunflower", you need to process all the ingredients you have purchased. First you need to wash 5 young potato tubers and the same number of eggs, send them for boiling in boiling salted water. After that, the products must be cleaned and grated with thawed crab sticks and a fresh green apple (yolks and squirrels separately). Next, you need to shred a small bulb with rings and soak it for 1-1.5 hours in half a glass of vinegar.

  • Olives - 1 canned jar;
  • High-calorie mayonnaise - 170 g;
  • Pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pieces;
  • Potato chips (preferably "Pringle") - 15-20 whole pieces;
  • Salt cooked - add during cooking ingredients.

Cooking process

Salad "Sunflower" with pickled cucumbers looks exactly the same as the previous one. However, he tastes completely different. For its preparation, boil the eggs and potatoes, peel them and grate them with cheese (yolks and proteins separately). After this, it is required to cut into cubes marinated mushrooms and pickles.

To form this dish, you need to layer the following products with layers: potatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, egg whites, cheese and yolks. Salad should be covered with mayonnaise and make similar to the previous version.
