What does Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation say?

It is difficult to say whether there were less crimes, or less talked about them, but the fact remains. Today, the media are simply overwhelmed with reports of violent actions against young people. There, the teacher (!) Forced (this is not a single story!) To commit sexual intercourse of adolescents, threatening them with violence or bribing something, and then the young man used the helpless state of a girl under 14 years old, putting a potent hypnotic drug into her drink.

These examples - the most "soft" of all those crimes, which "swarm" our media. Yes, and the time for such atrocities, Article 132 of the Criminal Code provides for a minimum - only from 3 to 6 years. Therefore, the parents of these victims, after learning the terrible truth, usually try to hide it. Moreover, and to prove the crime - the task is not their lungs.

And the fact that a child who has been sexually abused for life remains with a broken psyche, apparently, little worries about the creators of laws in Russia. Well, what is 6 years of imprisonment - and the broken fate of the child? And more and more often the relatives of crippled children take themselves for weapons, in order to enforce their own sentence - simply to kill the rapist.

In the social network "Odnoklassniki.ru" users were put to vote such a status: "Death to rapists children!". Voted for him more than 156,000 people. But the authorities did not react to this either. Article 132 of the Criminal Code remains unchanged.

The law is slightly stricter in relation to a crime of a sexual nature, if committed by a group and by conspiracy, involves the threat of murder or committed with particular rigidity, resulting in infection of the venereal diseases of the victim. Here, article 132 of the Criminal Code says that non-humans can get up to 10 years of imprisonment! And only in case of death they can be sentenced to fifteen years.

If a person has an incurable cancer tumor, then it is cut out without delay. A rapist, who commits sexual acts towards a child, can become better, magically turn into a normal citizen after "imprisonment"? Someone else believes in the degeneration of a mentally abnormal individual into a respectable citizen? But Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation implies just such an option.

Moreover, talk shows on television, which deal with such cases, and even shock normal citizens of Russia. After all, they do not condemn criminals as much as they condemn everyone: careless parents who do not meet a ten-year-old daughter from school, teachers who do not conduct extracurricular activities on the topic: "Be afraid of everyone and everything in your country! Do not say, do not listen, do not believe, do not help anyone who does not turn to you - all of a sudden it's the rapist who hides under the guise of "lamb"! " And even the victims themselves are "under fire"! The motto of the condemning "truth-seekers" in the latter case is the lines from the song: "Because you can not be beautiful like that!".

Or maybe we should simply reconsider the outdated law of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, 132 not only in the direction of reducing the age of the "minority", but, on the contrary, in the direction of toughening punishment for any rapist who has chosen himself a victim with a still unformed psyche?
