It has been proven that relaxation can eliminate the state of overexcitement of the nervous system, helping to restore balance and relax. That is why training a person to relax muscles is very useful in order to relieve mental tension and eliminate symptoms of such diseases as hypertension, gastritis, cardiac and headache.
