In addition, this drug is excellent for maintaining a sedative effect in those patients who are in intensive care units and connected to the apparatus of artificial ventilation. Among other things, this drug is well suited for sedation with the preservation of the patient in consciousness. The latter is especially important during the carrying out of a variety of diagnostic and surgical procedures.

To use this tool, the manufacturer company categorically prohibits if the patient has an allergic reaction to propofol or an individual intolerance to any other substances presented in the composition.

In addition, this drug should not be used to provide supportive anesthesia and induction anesthesia in children under three years of age.
