Pies with jam - an integral part of the Russian culinary tradition

Undeniable is the fact that traditional Russian hospitality is based on the foundations of our cuisine, which absorbed everything achieved by different peoples, gathered once under the wings of the double-headed imperial eagle. But, in addition to the multicultural acquisitions mastered by the Russian people over the centuries-old history of their existence, there is also an experience of creating the basic traditions of the feast, not partaken by our neighbors part of the Slavic soul.
