Bean salad of canned "Mazurka"

This salad is very elegant and colorful. The taste of a salad is peculiar, and rather an amateur, but it certainly will suit those who hold fasting or who want to keep their figure in shape.

For salad preparation you will need:
• one jar of red canned beans;
• one small can of canned corn;
• A couple of pieces of Bulgarian pepper;
• a couple of pieces of pickled cucumbers;
• about one hundred grams of walnuts;
• two cloves of garlic;
• a little greens of parsley (if desired, you can take coriander);
• olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable oil)

The process of preparation of salad:

1. Pepper and cucumbers cut into cubes (can be large, can be small - it all depends on your preferences).
2. Grind the nuts.
3. Press garlic on garlic.

Method of making this bean salad:

1. First, cook potatoes in a uniform and clean it.

4. We cut into small pieces of potatoes, eggs, meat, cucumbers and tomatoes.
5. Let's cut the lettuce leaves into approximately three parts.
6. Add the canned beans.
7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, then salt and season with mayonnaise.
8. Sprinkle with parsley on the ready-made salad.

Bean salad canned with breadcrumbs

For those who love sharp and crispy salads, we suggest preparing a bean salad, tinned with croutons.

For a salad you will need:
• seven to eight pieces of loaf (thin);
• one small can of red beans;
• several cloves of garlic;
• about 60 grams of Peking cabbage (you can also replace it with a salad);
• 60 grams of sharp cheese;
• two teaspoons of lemon juice;
• onion;
• a pinch of salt.

Recipe:

1. Pork cabbage finely chopped and poured lemon juice. Instead of juice, you can take apple cider vinegar. Then all the salt and leave to soak.
2. Loaf cut into small slices, about half a centimeter thick and cut into cubes.
3. The garlic must be pressed through a press, and then mixed with the cubes of the loaf.
4. Next, put the cubes of the loaf on a baking tray and bake in the oven until they are slightly yellowed and dry. The main thing is not to dry crackers in this case, otherwise they will spoil the whole taste of the salad and kill its fragrance.
5. With the beans, drain all the liquid.
6. We cut the cheese into small cubes.
7. The final touch - we mix cabbage, beans, cheese, croutons, onions.

Bean salad canned with corn, mushrooms and cheese

If the guests are already on the doorstep, and you are at a loss how to treat them, so that they are fast and tasty, then you will definitely need a salad of kidney beans preserved with corn, mushrooms and cheese.

For this salad you will need:
• one onion;
• one small jar of canned corn;
• one small can of canned beans;
• one small jar of mushrooms (can be taken as canned or frozen);
• 100 grams of cheese;
• mayonnaise;
• vegetable oil.

Cooking process:

1. Chop onion and fry in vegetable oil.
2. Then add the mushrooms to the onions, mix and blend a little.
3. Cheese should be rubbed on a large grater.
4. Drain the water from beans and corn.
5. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and season with mayonnaise.

So it turns out that having at hand only one jar of beans, you can make from it a quick, tasty and original salad of beans preserved.
