Mushrooms - a universal product, perfectly combined with almost any ingredient. They are served in boiled, baked or marinated. Especially delicious are champignons with cheese. Recipes for such dishes will be described in today's article.

Option with ham and nuts

The dish, made according to the technology described below, will become a worthy decoration of any holiday. It is prepared from simple and affordable ingredients, which can be purchased in every modern supermarket. To make stuffed mushrooms with cheese, a recipe with photos of which you can see below, check in advance whether there is everything in your house. You will need these products:

  • 300 grams of cheese.
  • A kilogram of champignons.
  • 100 grams of walnuts.
  • 3 tablespoons of sour cream.
  • 200 grams of ham.
  • Salt, spices and lean oil.

The washed and dried mushrooms are neatly cut off the legs. The hats themselves put on a clean plate and cleaned to the side. Now it's time to start stuffing. For its preparation in one deep container combine grated cheese, crushed mushroom legs, roasted chopped nuts and chopped ham. All this is smeared with sour cream, salted, seasoned with spices and mixed.

The resulting stuffing is stuffed with mushroom hats, put them on a baking tray, on which a little lean oil is poured, and put into the oven. Bake champignons with cheese, ham and nuts at one hundred and ninety degrees for about twenty-five minutes.

Therefore, before you start making champignons with cheese, check if you have everything you need at hand. In this case, your house should have the following ingredients:

  • 10 king prawns.
  • 50 grams of creamy cream.
  • 10 fresh large mushrooms.
  • Cheese eddam.

  • 100 milliliters of mayonnaise.
  • 130 grams of processed cheese.
  • Salt, herbs, spices and lean oil.

Algorithm of preparation

From the washed and dried mushrooms cut off the legs and crush them. The hats are folded neatly on a flat dish and cleaned to the side. In a frying pan on the bottom of which already lean oil is poured, fry the cut mushroom legs, chopped onions and strips of Bulgarian pepper. Shortly before turning off the fire, the vegetables are salted and seasoned with spices.

In a separate bowl combine the cut canned pineapples, mayonnaise and grated cheese. There, too, roast the vegetables and stir well. The resulting stuffing is stuffed with mushroom caps and placed them in a deep, heat-resistant shape. At the bottom of the dish are poured 100 milliliters of boiled water, and the top is covered with foil. Bake stuffed mushrooms with cheese in the oven (photo of similar dishes can be seen below). Prepare them at one hundred and seventy degrees. After a quarter of an hour, the foil is removed from the mold surface and sent back to the oven for another ten minutes. Option with cream

This appetizer has a pleasant aroma. It turns out not only very tasty, but also quite nutritious. For its preparation you need very simple products like champignons, cream and cheese. But this is not a complete list of components. Therefore, beforehand, see if there is in your kitchen:

  • 200 grams of grated cheese and minced meat.
  • 400 milliliters 20% cream.
  • Egg.
  • 400 grams of champignons.
  • Salt, herbs, spices and lean oil.

As in all previous recipes, you need to start with the preparation of mushrooms. They are washed, dried and divided into hats and legs. Such meat balls are placed in mushroom caps and send the latter into a deep heat-resistant container. All this is poured with cream, salted and sprinkled with grated cheese. Then the form is covered with foil. Bake champignons with cheese, stuffed with minced meat, in the oven at two hundred degrees for about thirty-five minutes. Shortly before the end of the process, the foil is removed from the vessel so that the mushrooms have time to lighten a little.

Option with cottage cheese and greens

This dish is a piquant taste. It is prepared as quickly and easily as possible. To create it you will need:

  • 150 grams of cottage cheese.
  • A pound of fresh mushrooms.
  • Pair of chicken eggs.
  • 75 grams of butter.
  • A pair of ripe tomatoes.
  • Salt and fresh herbs.

The washed champignons are cut off, crushed and fried. The remaining hats are sent to a saucepan with butter and cook for ten minutes over medium heat.

In a deep pial, stir fried mushroom legs, grated cheese, raw eggs, salt and chopped greens. All the mix well until homogeneous. The resulting mass is filled with champignon caps, placed on top of a small piece of butter and put into the oven. Bake mushrooms at one hundred and eighty degrees for about ten minutes. Then they are decorated with slices of tomato and served on the table. If desired, before grilling, mushrooms can be sprinkled with grated cheese. Then they will acquire a completely different taste and aroma. Such mushrooms are preferably used in a warm form. But even after cooling they remain not less tasty and aromatic.
