Cooking delicious - chicken on a couple in a multivark
Multivarka is a good purchase for a house, which allows you to cook with less time and, of course, effort. Cooking a bird in a multivark is as simple as a pilaf, an omelette or charlotte. A cooked chicken for a couple in the multivark turns delicious and fragrant. Chicken can be cooked as a whole, and slices.
- Chicken carcase (or 4 breasts);
- Garlic - denticle 4-5;
- Leaf of laurel;
- Salt, black pepper, turmeric, white ground pepper, oregano (however, spices can be replaced by others, for example, seasonings "Herbs of Italian cuisine").
Cooking process
Chicken for a couple in a multivariate is prepared very simply, besides this dish is low-calorie and very tasty. To begin with, you need to prepare a chicken carcass: rinse it, drain it. Cut into large pieces (one piece is one serving), wipe each with spices, herbs and pressed garlic. Now put pieces of chicken on a grate for cooking for a couple, distribute evenly. In the bowl of the multivarka pour in about five multi-glasses of water, we put there the cooked laurel leaf. On top of the chicken on the grill and close the lid. The regime that we need to choose is "steaming". Prepare our dish will be one hour. So our chicken is ready for a couple in a multivark. After the allotted time has passed, we take out the chicken. You can serve it with any side dish.
For preparation, no special skills are required. It is enough only to be able to handle a multibar and a knife.
To prepare this dish we will need:
- Chicken (weight about one and a half kg);
- Potatoes - 0,8 - 1 kg;
- Cheese of solid grades - 0,15 - 0,2 kg;
- Garlic - 4-5 denticles;
- Mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, pepper, paprika.
Now we will deal with potatoes: wash, peel and cut it into cubes of medium size. We put the potatoes in the multivark on the grill for steaming, put it directly over the chicken and close the lid. The cooking mode is "Baking", the time is one hour. After the allotted time has passed, the multivariate will inform us that our dish is ready.
