In order for the ribs to turn out juicy, tasty and aromatic, you can use marinade. There are many options for preparing it, each has its own recipes. Pork ribs will turn out delicious if you use the following method. It is known that meat combines well with red wine. It can be served with meat dishes, and can be used as a marinade.

Take about one kilogram of pork ribs and chop them into portions. Then you need to add salt, pepper and sprinkle with any seasonings. The main thing is that the spices do not shade the aroma of wine. Then fill in the ribs with half a glass of good, red dry wine. Send it to the refrigerator for a few hours, and preferably for a day.

In a day we take pickled pork ribs from the refrigerator and fry them in a frying pan until a mouth-watering ruddy crust forms. This roasting allows you to keep all the juices and flavors in the meat. Then pour water to cover the ribs to half. When the water boils, you need to reduce the heat and cover the frying pan with a lid.

At this time, cut the rings and lightly fry onions. When the water in the ribs is half as much, you need to add to them fried onions, chopped in small strips of Bulgarian pepper and a little finely chopped garlic. Close the lid and extinguish all the ingredients for another 10 minutes. The dish turns tender and fragrant.
