That they have kept a presentation, they need to be dried up quickly. But for medicinal purposes, leaves are used more. Collect them better in March - June, and preferably clean, they are recommended not to be washed.

Those leaves that grow in the sun contain more useful components than those that grow in the shade. Mother-and-stepmother is a wonderful cough remedy, especially with whooping cough. Tea from this flower makes it easier to cough. It is also used for lung diseases and irritation of the stomach and intestines. In addition, tea from mother-and-stepmother is used in the treatment of open wounds, skin inflammations, rashes and blood purification.

Valerian

A perennial medicinal plant, it blooms with small white-pink flowers, which are collected in a broom. The roots are yellowish brown in color. Flowering in valerian occurs in early summer and ends in September. In medicine, it is customary to use the root of a flower. Gather this plant in spring or autumn. The root is carefully excavated, then washed and dried in a ventilated room. Preparations made on the basis of valerian have a soothing and spasmolytic effect.

Infusions of valerian are taken with migraines, hysterics, insomnia, with pain in the stomach and intestines. It also has carminative action and improves digestion. St. John's Wort

People came up with many different names for herbs, which for a long time were treated with diseases. Among the many plants, St. John's Wort has enjoyed special respect. At that time it was a "magic" grass - a savior from 100 diseases. During the excavations of ancient settlements, archeologists succeeded in finding seeds of 20 herbs, including St. John's Wort. People believed that this plant helps from hurts, which brought on evil spirits and witches. For man it is very useful and does not contain any harmful substances.

Leaves of nettle are harvested from May to August. They must be torn off carefully, in mittens, and then dried in the air. All the grass is used for the production of nettle juice. The root is excavated in spring or autumn, the dirt is removed and air dried.

Perhaps, because the nettle is a common weed, it was used long ago, even before the advent of scientific medicine. Now the leaves of nettle are used to improve metabolism in the body. In addition, this herb is the main component of the tea collection, which is prescribed for rheumatism, gout, liver disease. It is part of the tea seasonal curative courses.
