The procedure prevents fibrotic changes, kinks, omissions, abnormalities in the position, abnormalities in the fallopian tubes. Massage of the uterus also removes some consequences of childbirth or abortion, widening of veins, stagnation and increases libido.

Before the procedure, transvaginal examination by ultrasound, diagnostic and gynecological examination, as well as examination of the external and internal genital organs are necessary. Mechanical massage greatly contributes to the improvement of the muscular tone of the uterus with simultaneous strengthening of the pelvic muscles.

In the case of diagnosing the bend (deflection) of the organ back (non-fixed variant), the procedure is performed in the knee position. In the opposite case, the splices are removed.

In case of bleeding due to the reduced contractility of the organ in the absence of menstruation , a vibratory action is applied to the area of the lumbosacral region and in the region of the lumbar and thoracic vertebrae.

There is no massage with uterine myoma (as it can increase its size), an accelerated period of erythrocyte sedimentation, during the menstrual cycle. In some cases, a manual examination of the uterine cavity is necessary in the postpartum period . In this case, anesthesia is performed, since any internal action on the organ, as well as suturing or cutting the perineum or stitching the gaps in the birth canal is very painful for the woman.

After the birth of the child, the placenta is separated from the uterus walls and removed together with the fetal envelopes. However, in some cases, this process requires the assistance of a specialist who conducts a manual examination of the cavity of the organ. This need is due either to the inability to separate the placenta, or to its incomplete excretion. In addition, in many cases there is not enough good uterine contraction after childbirth. The condition is accompanied by very heavy bleeding. In cases where drugs do not have the proper effect, they produce a uterine massage on the fist. The specialist enters one arm into the cavity of the organ and the other holds it from above, thus effecting. As a rule, after these manipulations bleeding can be stopped.
