"March-throw": actors of the domestic military drama

The military drama "Marsh cast" directed by Nikolai Istanbul is a sound Russian film without excessive gloss and pathos, dedicated to the war in Chechnya, called the operation to eliminate bandit formations. The euphemisms and inconsistencies that characterize these military actions among government officials and politicians in reality turned into confusion and uncertainty about the role played by the Russian army in the Caucasus. It was such an uneasy theme that the creators of the painting were not afraid to touch, and they informed the audience about the tragic story that was put in the basis of the plot of the picture "March-throw". Actors who starred in the film: V. Volga, O. Chursina, F. Smirnov, A. Baluev, S. Garmash and others.

Structure of narration

Conditionally, the narrative structure of the drama of Nicholas of Istanbul, created by the director after an impressive break of seven years, can be divided into two parts: events highlighting military operations and peaceful life. Moreover, the film "The March-Throw", the actors and roles of which are selected very harmoniously, encourages the beholder to exhilarating reflections, despite the fact that the military part looks at times more advantageous than the peaceful one. Perhaps, the creators deliberately created a sharp contrast between the conventional parts, specially taking episodes of peaceful life in a pattern and habitual way.

Plot

The actors of the film "March-throw", embodying on the screen the idea of the director, told the audience the story of the main hero Alexander (Vladimir Volga). The boy was brought up in an orphanage. Having become an adult, the boy voluntarily aspired to get into the Second Chechen War, hoping that it was under difficult conditions that he would be able to prove himself. The guy manages to pass the selection and join the elite special forces troops.

Returning to his homeland of his deceased friend Vladimir (Evgeny Kosyrev) with the intention of personally informing his parents of the terrible tragedy, Alexander faced the unsightly reality of modern society. He was forced to teach "tough guys" who imagined themselves masters of life and considered themselves entitled to dispose of everything and everyone in the surrounding district. Conflict flares up because of the young beauty Masha (Olga Chursina), the sister of the deceased Volodya, who is harassed by insolent people and who fell in love with the war-hardened commando Alexander.

This is a brief description of the narrative of the peaceful part of the tape "March-Throw". Actors conscientiously played their roles, not giving preference to the story of the war, despite the unambiguous interpretation of the images of their characters.

The main antagonist

But in the part of the narrative focused on military actions, the creators are not so straightforward and unambiguously interpreted images of heroes, even Chechen fighters. An exception can serve only a character named Khasan (Fedor Smirnov), with which the authors have a little too much. Khasan was captivated by Alexander, who himself had been a hostage to the Chechens before. After that, the militant manages to escape, by deceiving the dishonest Russian officer, and to stumble on Khattab accomplices, who were shot because of unwillingness to admit their guilt. For one secondary hero, to be honest, there are a lot of adventures. Actor Fedor Smirnov, who had previously specialized in episodic and second-cast roles, received a decent amount of screen time in the military tape "March-throw." Actors more famous and popular (Alexander Baluev, Sergei Garmash) appear less often in the frame.

Main character

The actors of the film "The Marsh-throw" did not for a long time bewildered at the pseudonym of the artist who embodied Alexander on the screen. The actor-debutant, the performer of the leading role of a soldier of the Russian special forces who went to war in Chechnya, took himself a pseudonym for the name of the main river of Russia - the Volga, perhaps because his father is the most famous director-director Nikolai Istanbul.

Volga is the champion of Moscow, the master of sports in boxing. At the moment, his filmography includes 11 different genre films. And although for the last five years for his shoulders did not appear any significant role, many domestic viewers remember the Volga precisely on the project "March-throw." The actors involved in the project noted a prejudiced attitude towards the director's boyfriend, who decided to demonstrate to the son all the "delights" of the acting profession.

The film's writers intentionally idealized the central character, allowing him to perform real feats on both sides of the front. In the military drama "March-Throw", the actors and roles of which became an integral part of the film reality of 2002-2003, the Russian army is represented in a favorable light, which enriches the viewer with a sense of patriotism.
