How to cook pea soup

Ingredients: a glass of peas, 2 small onions, a piece of beef or pork on a bone, salt and pepper, as always, to taste.

In the morning, pour the potatoes into the boiling water and cook until half ready. Then add peas in the soup. Cook it over low heat until the peas begin to fall apart. Do not forget to season the soup. To do this, fry the onion until golden, add to it the sausage of both kinds cut into pieces. When the soup is ready, chop it with a blender, and serving on the table, decorate with greens.

Method 3

This lean pea soup will appeal to everyone who basically likes this kind of food. This is, as they say, an amateur. By the way, know that you can cook delicious soups not only from dried peas, but also from fresh peas. One of these recipes I will gladly share with you.

Ingredients: peas (you can take fresh or pre-frozen), vermicelli (choose your favorite), potatoes, onions, carrots, salt.

Preparation: Rub on carrot on a large beetroot grater, chop onion. Fry the vegetables in a frying pan. Add peas to them and simmer for about 6-7 minutes. Boil the water in the pan, throw the potatoes (previously cut into cubes or strips) into it, as well as vermicelli. When the products boil, cook them for another 10 minutes. Be sure to salt, you can add a little of your favorite seasoning to taste. When the soup is almost ready, add the roast and put it on a small fire for 7 minutes.

Serving on the table, decorate this delicious soup with herbs.

Small tweaks

As you can see, it's not so difficult to cook a tasty and satisfying pea soup. This is a soup that can easily be cooked in its own way. A few experiments, and you can get a whole new taste.
