Juicy and fragrant meat with pineapple is an excellent option for a family dinner and a festive feast.

Products that at first glance seem incongruous: a sweet, fragrant pineapple and hearty meat, in fact, perfectly suited to each other. Dishes, which include meat with pineapple, are very delicate, juicy, hearty, a little sweet and smell great. Having noticed this fact, many chefs began to create more and more new recipes with their use. Especially popular among our hosts are dishes such as meat under pineapple, meat with pineapple and cheese, baked with potatoes, roast pork with pineapple.

Because of the popularity of these dishes in our families, the variations of these recipes are huge. Therefore, I want to offer one of the options for each dish, which, of course, will like the beginning of the hostess, and more experienced.

Meat under pineapple

We need: pork (you can take a young veal), preferably a loin, canned pineapples, cut rings, a little sunflower and butter, salt, pepper. On request - mayonnaise and any other spices that are loved in your family.

Preparation. We cut the meat along the fibers into pieces about 1.5 cm thick. Slightly beat off each piece. For convenience, you can cover the meat when biting food film or cellophane sachet. We spread the chipped pieces on a baking tray, pre-lubricated with butter and vegetable oil. Salt, pepper, sprinkles with other spices. We spread the circles of pineapple from above. If desired, lightly lubricate with mayonnaise or make a mayonnaise mesh. Grate the cheese on the grater and sprinkle the meat with pineapple. We put the pan in a preheated oven and leave it to bake for 30-35 minutes. After the appearance of an appetizing golden brown crust, the meat can be taken out from the oven.

You can also add mushrooms to this recipe. To do this, fry the vegetable oil mushrooms and a little onions. We are waiting to get a little cold, and put them on meat, we put pineapple slices on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake as described above.

Meat baked with pineapple, potatoes and cheese

We need: half a kilogram of pork, half a kilogram of potatoes, a can of canned pineapple rings, hard cheese, about 200 grams, a bulb, some sunflower and butter, a few spoons of mayonnaise, a couple of cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and any other spices to taste.

Preparation. We cut the pork into small (1-1.5 cm) pieces along the fibers. Lightly beat off. We clean the potatoes and cut it in circles about the same thickness as the meat, you can be a little thinner. Separately, rub on a plate of hard cheese. Cut the onions into thin semicircles. Press garlic in garlic and stir it with mayonnaise.

Lubricate the baking sheet with butter and vegetable oil and lay out the semicircles of onion, potatoes, a little podsalivaem, on top we put pieces of pork - salt, sprinkled with spices. Lubricate mayily with copious amounts of garlic, put pineapple slices on top. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese. We send for 40-50 minutes in a preheated oven. The temperature of baking of this dish is 160-180 degrees. Meat with pineapple and potatoes after preparedness has a golden crusty crust.

You can also cook meat for the same recipe, but portioned. To do this, take the foil, cut it into pieces. In the middle place onion, a few circles of potatoes, then lay out all the ingredients, as described above. All carefully wrapped in foil, trying to ensure that it does not come into contact with the cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. After the meat with pineapple and potatoes is cooked, to obtain a delicate golden crust, gently unfold the foil and leave to bake for another 5-7 minutes. We take out our portioned pieces of foil and put them on a large plate. You can decorate the finished dish with greens and cherry tomatoes from above.
