Cabbage, or "daily", as it is still called in the people, - the dish is very vitamin and tasty. This appetizer is good because it is prepared very quickly and simply, it looks appetizing, has a pleasant aroma, and most importantly - it is very useful for human health. At any time of year, having heads of this vegetable, you can prepare a spicy dish that will decorate and diversify both the daily and festive table. In this article, all the hostesses are presented with recipes of "quick" pickled cabbage. Surely they will all settle in your notebook with descriptions of your favorite dishes.

Instant cabbage (recipe classic)

To carry out this dish you will need the following products:

  • Black cabbage shredded - 2 kg;
  • Carrots - 400 g;
  • Garlic - several teeth;
  • sunflower oil;
  • Vinegar - 150 g;
  • Granulated sugar - 100 g;
  • Salt stone - 2 large spoons;
  • Water - half a liter;
  • Spices (lavrushka, sweet pepper-peas).

Instant cabbage: description of the process

Boil the water. Then add in it vinegar, butter, salt, sugar and cook the marinade for 5 minutes. Spices and chopped vegetables in a bowl, pour them with hot brine, stir and allow to cool. Then put the snack in a picnic or jar and store it in the fridge. One day a dish can be eaten.

Cabbage with instant pepper

To perform this snack, you need the following ingredients:

  • Cabbage - about 3 kg;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pod;
  • A lemon - 1 piece;
  • Water - 1 liter;
  • Honey natural - 100 g;
  • Salt for food - 150 g.

From the water, honey and salt, prepare the brine, boiling these products for several minutes. Shredded cabbage, pepper (along with the seeds) and lemon layer in a pan and pour the marinade. Close the lid and allow to cool. Store the dish in a cool place. You can use it the next day after cooking. This snack will pleasantly surprise you with an unusual sweet and sour taste. This dish is even eaten by children.

Hot cabbage soup

Products for this dish will need the following:

  • Cabbage - 2 heads of medium size;
  • Carrots - 5 pieces;
  • Pepper bitter - 1 pod;
  • Garlic - 1 large head;
  • Beets - 3 pieces of medium size;
  • Water - 4 liters;
  • Salt - 2 large spoons;
  • Vinegar dining room - a quarter of a large glass;
  • Sugar - 1 large spoon;
  • Ground pepper - 1 small spoon.

Cut cabbage, chop the beets and carrots, grate the peppers, leave the garlic with whole teeth. Put the vegetables in a saucepan. In a separate container, prepare brine from boiling water, salt, vinegar and sugar. Boil it a couple of minutes and pour into the vegetable mass. Pour the pepper and spices to taste (bay leaf, cloves). Leave the workpiece in a cool place for a day or two. Then put the snack in cans, cork with lid-twists and save in the basement. Quick-cooking cabbage made in this way can be stored for several months provided the package is hermetically sealed. Before serving, you can add green onion and vegetable oil to the dish. Enjoy your meal!
