Stuffed artichoke. How to cook?

For a romantic dinner, a delicious and original dish "stuffed artichoke" is suitable. Recipes require you to take 200g of prepared minced meat, 6 artichokes, a slice of bread, a small bunch of parsley, 3 cloves of garlic, lemon, olive oil and salt with pepper to cook 200g. First squeeze out half of the lemon juice, which poured into a bowl of water. Exotic artichokes are placed in it. It is necessary that they do not lose their appearance and do not darken.

For the filling you need to mix the minced meat, grated legs from artichokes, chopped parsley, soaked in water bread and squeezed garlic. All this meat mass should be peppered and salt. The olive oil (4 tablespoons) and onions with garlic are sent to the heated pan. There goes cognac, mussels and roasted artichokes. From above everything is poured with squash sauce. For about 5 minutes, the dish is stewed, and then served hot and aromatic on the table.

For many, this is a difficult question - how to prepare artichokes. Especially since few people have heard of this vegetable before. One of the popular Italian dishes is soup-puree. Ingredients here will be simple: a lemon, half a cup of cream, 1 yolk, 2 tablespoons of flour, as much butter, a little spinach, 3 spoons of canned peas, slices of boiled chicken fillet, broth and 4 artichokes.
