The simplest recipes, where you want to connect several components, always available in the refrigerator, the housewives use in daily meals. And more exotic and interesting recipes they are reserved for solemn occasions. Salad with meat and cheese - puff pastry.

For the preparation of salad, we will need about 200g of cooked meat (it can be beef, chicken, turkey), 2 small salted cucumbers, 1 onion, 4 hard boiled eggs, about 150-160g of hard cheese, slightly less than 100g of prunes (pitted) , 100 g of green peas canned, mayonnaise (for refueling). If desired, you can add one more component - cedar nuts (70gr).

Since this salad is laid out in layers, it is better to prepare all its components in advance. Cut small cubes of meat and cucumbers, just chop prunes. To ensure that the chopped onion is not too bitter, place it for a while (minutes 20-25) marinate in water with vinegar. We rub on the middle grater cheese and eggs, and mix them. If you still decide to use pine nuts, then they need to be fried in a pan.

Salad bowl for this salad needs to be picked up with the condition that all the folded components fill it in exactly to the top (no more, no less). Lubricate the walls of the salad bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil and cover with a food film, which in turn is slightly lubricated from inside with mayonnaise. Now lay out the layers, the first part of the cheese-egg mixture, dressed with mayonnaise. Then spread the prunes, the radius is slightly less than the previous layer, and in the remaining place in a circle fall asleep cheese-egg mixture. Next, the edges of all layers will be stacked in such a way that in a circle to fall asleep eggs with cheese. On prunes we lay meat and grease the layer with mayonnaise, then salted cucumbers, and pickled onion on them. Further on all diameter of a salad bowl we put green peas and grease with mayonnaise. We close the salad with food film and send it to the refrigerator for 60 minutes. After this time we take out the salad from the refrigerator and conduct very important manipulations: covering the salad bowl with a suitable dish, turn it in one movement and carefully remove the film. Decorate with pine nuts or greens.

Exotic salad with pork meat, pineapple and curry

One kilogram of potatoes boiled in a uniform is cleaned and cut in circles, topped with warm meat broth and left for 25-30 minutes, then we drain the broth. Two stems of leeks are cleaned, cut into rings and blanched in boiling water (with the addition of salt) for 2 minutes, then folded into a colander and under cold water. Fry in a dry frying pan 2 tablespoons of peanuts, cut into slices tinned pineapples (from 250ml jars). We cut 6-7 slices of smoked pork strips. All the ingredients listed are placed in a salad bowl and mixed.

For dressing, you need to prepare a sauce - mix 130ml of mayonnaise, juice of 1 lemon, pineapple syrup, add salt, pepper and curry. We serve salad dressing and can be served on the table.
